Hydrology and climate change with Megan Maksimowicz

This special edition of Lunch With A Scientist was filmed during a presentation to students at Hillview Middle School in Menlo Park, California.

Presenter Megan Maksimowicz’s professional background includes a B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Kansas and an M.S. in Hydrologic Sciences from Boise State University. She has previously held positions at the U.S. Geological Survey as a lab tech and U.S. Peace Corps as a math and science teacher in Tanzania. Megan also worked at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment with the Harmful Algal Bloom Response Program, and for the City of Lawrence as a Water Quality Lab tech. Currently Megan is a Water Quality Standards Coordinator with EPA Region 7.
