For High Schoolers: Getting your start in marine mammal science

Description: Hear from an early career veterinarian, researcher and The Marine Mammal Center’s youth advisory board on ways to break into the field of marine mammal medicine and science.

There are tons of free online science programs and lessons, but what if you don’t have reliable internet access? If you or anyone you know needs financial assitance getting online, check out for Internet access assistance.

The No One Left Offline Project is focused on providing financial assistance to individuals and families who struggle to pay their internet bills. NOLO is building a direct giving platform that will allow donors to directly cover people’s broadband bills and upgrades.”  They also offer hotspots, aka NOLO Zones:
