Celebrate Science is a yearly event, in support of the Headwaters Science Institute! Our mission is to foster curiosity through science and to inspire the next generation of scientists.
At Headwaters Science Institute, we mentor middle and high school students through research projects, providing them with the tools and resources they need to explore their curiosity and develop their skills in scientific inquiry. Our programs encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity, empowering students to become confident and engaged in their scientific pursuits.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet with some of our students and learn about their research projects.

There will be a keynote panel for guests to hear from area scientists about local work and the impact it has on the community. Featuring:

The event will also feature a silent auction, where you can bid on unique items from our sponsors as well as a few science-related items and experiences. All proceeds will go towards supporting Headwaters Science Institute’s mission to foster curiosity through science and to inspire the next generation of scientists and innovators.
